Store Policy

Here are just a few simple rules to ensure that YOU - as our customer, and WE - as a store and service provider, can BOTH remain satisfied under all circumstances. These rules are fair to both parties and are in no way an attempt to “make money” at your expense.

 

  1. PRODUCTS
    1. You can be confident that ALL of our products are BRAND NEW from the manufacturer.
    2. If you have questions about what is included with any of our products, please contact us

 

  1. CREDIT CARD CHARGES
    1. ElectronicMegastore DOES NOT charge your card at the moment your order is placed. Instead your card will “authorized” for the full amount of your purchase.
    2. Once your order has been shipped, your card will be charged.
    3. However if you choose to BACKORDER/PRE-ORDER an item, your card will be charged once we receive inventory of that product. Your product will then be shipped within 2-3 business days unless otherwise notified.
    4. For any order that is CANCELLED and not charged, your card will continue to show the “authorization” for the purchase. This will go away within 1-3 business days and your card WILL NOT be charged

 

  1. LOW PRICE GUARUNTEE
    1. If you place an order with ElectronicMegastore and within 5 days of your purchase the price of any of those exact products lowers
      1. We will grant you store credit for the difference in prices
      2. OR you may request to accept a refund for the $50 of difference. This refund will be placed back to your card or delivered to you by a method of your choosing. We will not cover any additional cost for shipping methods of these funds.
  2. The low price guarantee does not apply for coupons or special offers
  3. The price drop must be at least $10.00 for the refund to apply

 

  1. PRE-ORDER/BACK ORDER ITEMS
    1. Some of the products visible on our site are not yet released, are temporarily out of stock, or are only available by special request. In these cases you will see a “Pre-Order” or “Backorder” button option next to the item. We will provide our best estimate for the number of days until the item is in stock/available.
    2. You will be able to order these items and your card WILL NOT BE CHARGED until the item is in stock and being shipped within 24 hours.
    3. The pre-order price is an estimate. If the actual price is lower, your card will be refunded the difference. If the actual price is higher, you will be notified through the email you used to set up your account with ElectronicMegastore and we will only charge your card and proceed with shipping with your approval.
    4. If the pre-order price cannot be determined, we will post the item available for $1.00 and you can reserve the item using your card. You will be notified of the actual balance and your approval will be requested through email before final processing.
    5. You can cancel the pre-order at any time free of charge
    6. IMPORTANT! The card you use to place the pre-order must be able to be charged when the order is available, otherwise you will lose your position in the pre-order queue line

 

  1. RETURNS
    1. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the unopened item within 14 days for a refund/credit minus:
      1. There will be a 5% restocking fee based on the price of the item
      2. Any additional shipping costs

 

  1. DEFECTIVE ITEMS
    1. You may return defective items for an exact replacement within 14 days of your purchase and WILL NOT be charged for shipping
    2. If no replacement is available you will be offered store credit for the full amount of your purchase, you may also request a full refund/credit minus for the amount of the purchase minus any shipping costs
    3. All items come with a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. After the 14 day electronicmegastore warranty expires, you can contact the manufacturer for any issues. If you would like help with this process please feel free to contact us.
    4. FOR DEAD PIXELS:
      1. To qualify as a defective item the amount of dead pixels must be greater than 5 (5) for any smartphone, and must be greater than eleven (11) for any iPad or other tablet
  2. FIRMWARE UPGRADES/DOWNGRADES:
    1. Any alterations to your items are taken “at your own risk” and therefore electronicmegastore is not responsible for any issues related to the upgrading or downgrading of your operating system or firmware. As such the electronicmegastore warranty does not apply. This includes but is not limited to:
      1. all hacked roms
      2. OTA updates
      3. official updates or modifications of any other kind

 

  1. RESERVATIONS/RESTRICTIONS
    1. ElectronicMegastore reserves the right to:
      1. Refuse purchase because of a pricing error and alter prices at any time. We are human and do make mistakes. You will be notified by our staff if this applies to any of your purchases
      2. Refuse any return. Conditions apply, contact us for details
  2. We try our best to ensure all information about our products is accurate, however we do make mistakes. There are thousands of products each with individual specifications and details. If there are any questions regarding the accuracy of the information on our site please contact us and we will quickly resolve any issue

 

  1. SHIPPING
    1. We can proudly say that we have the world’s fastest shipping. For most countries we offer 1-2 delivery. Often our products reach customers within 24 hours of the purchase!
